About two weeks before any outreach goes live, and it's on us, you're not billed for the build. We start with a kickoff to learn your business, your offer, and the customers you close best. From there we set up and warm your sending infrastructure, sharpen the targeting, and lock the messaging and qualification rules with you. Nothing goes out until it's right, and your first meetings typically land within the first month.

No. We never send from your primary domain. We run outreach on dedicated, warmed sending domains built for the campaign, so your company's real email reputation is never at risk. It's the difference between doing this right and doing it cheap.

We set the target with you on the strategy call, in writing, what good looks like in your first month. If we don't hit it, you get that month's fee refunded. We're accountable to meetings booked, not emails sent, so if month one doesn't perform, you're not out the money.

No long-term contract and no auto-renewal. Braxim is month to month, and after the first couple of months you can stop anytime, with notice.
Here's the start, in plain terms. On the strategy call we set the bar together, what good looks like in month one. Month one is also calibration: we're learning what lands for your specific business, so the targeting and messaging get sharper fast. If we miss the bar we agreed to, your first month is free. All we ask in return is a paid second month to make it right, since by then we know what's working. If you take that free first month and leave before the paid second month, there's a one-time $1,000 fee to cover the onboarding and build we fronted. Hit the bar, or finish the second month, and there's never any breakage.
